Outlaw
Profile
They say when the fire burns low and the fog settles on the ridge, one of the Norfork Outlaws comes calling. Shovel in hand and a bottle at his side, this outlaw doesn’t bury men — just bad beer. Every swing of steel lays another lifeless pint to rest, a raven perched above the crooked stone.
No tavern claims him, no town keeps him. He drifts from campfire to graveyard, oak and barley trailing in his wake. Some folks whisper that if you leave a bottle out by the fire, you’ll hear the scrape of dirt and steel — proof the Grave Digger has passed through, carrying out his unlicensed internment of boring beer.

9-12
ABV
%
ABV is the easy math of beer — it’s the percentage of alcohol in your pint. Higher number? Stronger sip. Lower number? Easier drinking. No overthinking required.

IBU
6
IBU measures the hoppy bite in your beer. The higher the number, the more bitterness you’ll taste — think bold hops and citrus punch. A lower IBU? Smooth, mellow, and easygoing.
SRM
13
SRM is how we measure a beer’s color. Pale yellow like sunshine? That’s low SRM. Deep amber or near-black? That’s high SRM. It’s how we know if you’re sipping on liquid gold or a dark, malty brew.

ABOUT GRAVE DIGGER
Enjoy the notes of white oak that flavor this non-traditional take on a very traditional beer. Its mellow copper color belies its strong alcohol content. A Marzan is a lager that celebrates the renewal of a brewing season. This Marzan is so good it should be opened and celebrated year-round! This beer is made exclusively with “Regenerative” grain that was grown sustainably to reduce soil erosion while helping our environment.
