All merchandise orders are fulfilled by Printify and shipped by Printify’s network of production partners. Shipping times and carriers may vary based on the product type, destination, and the production partner used.
Production & Delivery Times
Most items are produced and shipped within:

Please note: these timeframes are estimates provided by Printify and may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Printify’s real-time rates and the production partner that fulfills your item.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available). Some international or economy shipments may not include tracking details.
Multiple Shipments
Because Printify may use different production partners, your items may arrive in separate packages, even if ordered together.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.
