This Site provides information about Norfork Brewing, our taproom, our events, and our Nature’s Beer® products. Content on this Site is for general informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without prior notice.

7. Purchases, Sales, and Merchandise

If the Site includes features for purchasing merchandise, those items are fulfilled through third-party vendors, including Printify. When you place an order, the product is printed, handled, and shipped by Printify or one of its production partners, not by Norfork Brewing Company.

Product availability, production times, shipping timelines, and packaging may vary based on Printify’s network. Norfork Brewing is not responsible for delays, lost packages, manufacturing errors, or other issues arising from Printify’s fulfillment process.
We will, however, help facilitate communication between customers and Printify when possible.

Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

All alcohol sales remain subject to federal, state, and local regulations. We prohibit alcohol shipments to individuals under legal drinking age or to restricted regions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
