They call her Hibiscus Roxy, though most only know her by the petals left in her wake. Wanted for grand theft floral and petal peddling, she’s as quick with a grin as she is with a getaway. Roxy strolls into a tavern with a flower in her hair and a bottle in her hand, and by the time the barkeep realizes what’s gone, she’s already vanished down a back road, perfume and laughter trailing behind.
The Norfork Outlaws keep her close, not because they can hold her, but because she always knows when to show up. Sweet on the surface, sharp underneath, Roxy’s charm is both cover and weapon. Cross her and you’ll lose more than your bouquet — you’ll lose your beer, too.

Enjoy the fusion of tropical citrus notes from the hibiscus flower lovingly layered into a sweet lager. We intend this to be approachable which will bring out the best in any food it may be paired with. It is pink, and fun – with a surprisingly crisp finish! This beer is made exclusively with “Regenerative” grain that was grown sustainably to reduce soil erosion while helping our environment.
Flavor Profile
Floral, bracing and light. This is a easy drinking beer that delivers on flavor - lots of flavor. The hibiscus flowers come powering through, layered in a sweet and at the same time tart barley juice. This is good stuff.
