REFUND POLICY

All merchandise sold on this website is made to order and fulfilled through Printify and its production partners. Because items are printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or incorrect color choice.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and the packaging
     

We will work directly with Printify to replace the item at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your item is lost in transit, please contact us. We will review the tracking information and, when applicable, submit a claim through the fulfillment provider for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with style or fit
     

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders cannot always be changed or canceled once submitted. If you need help, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best, but changes are not guaranteed.
